Material
  • Pomelo in syrup
  • 50g
  • Blue curracao syrup
  • 15ml
  • Cane liquid sugar
  • 20ml
  • Lemon sacs syrup
  • 10ml
  • Cream powder
  • 15g
  • Aiyu jelly
  • 30g
  • Ice
  • 100g
Method
  1. Mix cream powder with 30ml hot water then fill in blender mix with ice cubes, pomelo in syrup, blue curracao syrup, lemon sacs syrup with cane liquid sugar into smoothie.
  2. Pour out liquid to glass, topping with aiyu jelly.
  3. Garnish with lemon slices and pomelo in syrup.
