Ingredients and Steps

Grass Jelly

Cook below 4 items (keep stirring well when cooking), after cook, please wait the liquid cool down.

  1. 1kg mesona liquid
  2. 3kg water (it’s adjustable based on personal taste)
  3. 360cc powder water (60g tapioca powder meld with 300cc cold water in advance)
  4. Sugar 560g
Grass soup (hot dessert)
Same method like above, but KEEP IT WARM and no cooling.
Grass tea
Cook 1kg mesona liquid and 5kg water, after cooling add ice and sugar (or honey)
