Green tea	100ml
Diced peach	30g
Peach puree	20ml
Soda water	100ml
Piclked roselle	20g
Ice	80g
Method
Stir soda water, piclked roselle with ice cubes. Blend: Green tea with diced peach, peach puree with soda water and ice cubes then pour into glass. Garnish with mint leaves/ hibiscus/ flower.
