Method
Shake: Black tea, wintermelon syrup and ice. Put caramel tapioca into glass, then fill liquid. Topping with milk foam. *How to make milk foam:* Whip 100ml cream to 70% solid situation, then slowly add 20ml condensed milk and 100ml fresh milk, keep whipping by slow speed for one minute.
