  • Oolong tea
  • 120 ml
  • Cream powder
  • 30 gr
  • Cane liquid sugar
  • 20 ml
  • Taiwan brown sugar
  • 10 gr
  • Caramel tapioca
  • 40 gr
  • Ice
  • 150 gr
  • Whipping cream
  • 30 gr
Method
  1. Put oolong tea, cream powder 34D, cane liquid sugar, ice into shaker cup and shake well.
  2. Put brown sugar pearl into glass cup and rotate around the cup.
  3. Pour out milk into the cup. Add whipping cream on top.
  4. Sprinkle with taiwan brown sugar, bake brown sugar to create aroma.
