  • Pineapple sause

  • Passion fruit puree
  • 20ml
  • Aiyu jelly
  • 20g
  • Fresh orange
  • 2 slices
  • Cane liquid sugar
  • 10ml
  • Ice
  • 150g
Method
  1. Blend: Green tea, banana puree, coconut cream, cane liquid sugar, sugar fungus jam with ice cubes.
  2. Pour out liquid to glass, topping with aiyu jelly and diced dragon fruit.
  3. Garnish with mint leaves and flowers.
