Winter melon tea	150ml
Pineapple sauce	20g
Kiwi puree	20ml
Diced dragon fruit	50g
Ice	150g
Method
Put diced dragon fruit into glass. Shake: winter melon tea, pineapple sauce, kiwi puree with ice cubes then pour in to glass. Garnish with fresh pineapple/mint leaves/orange.
